The Elmaagacli family founds Anatolia, a new source of ceramic and porcelain tiles in a 4,300 sq ft / 400 m2 facility in Markham, Ontario.
New expansions.
The first company developed 30,000 sq ft / 2,800 m2 property in Brampton, Ontario chronicles the beginning of future growth.
New horizons.
Anatolia inaugurates a new 80,000 sq ft / 7,400 m2 facility in Brampton, Ontario, allowing it to service the USA market and major Canadian Home Centres.

The start of a new 250,000 sq ft / 23,000 m2 facility in Thornhill, Ontario.
The first building investment.
Anatolia purchases 375 Basaltic Road as its first investment building in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada.
Anatolia Capital is formed.
Anatolia begins to acquire additional real estate for future expansions.

Almost doubling its footprint at 600,000 sq ft / 56,000 m2 in Vaughan, Ontario, introducing its first cross dock facility.

Anatolia invests in Canadian land at 8811 Huntington Road in Vaughan, Ontario.

Anatolia builds an additional warehouse facility in Caledon, Ontario offering a total of 950,000 sq ft of inventory.
The first residential home project.
Capital Corp enters the residential real estate market with a 50% partnership on a home project in Barrie, Ontario, Canada.
The global frontier.
Izmir, Turkiye marks the home of a new 400,000 sq ft / 37,200 m2 facility. It facilitates additional safety inventory and global expansion.
New expansions on the global market.
The first company owned facility in the USA opens in Savannah, Georgia at 400,000 sq ft / 37,000 m2.
Anatolia's 25th anniversary.
Anatolia welcomes a second facility in Savannah, Georgia, adding 1 million sq ft to the existing Savannah infrastructure.
The first investment land in the US.
Anatolia purchases its first investment land in the United States in Belfast, Savannah.
A new frontier in manufacturing.
The manufacturing facility in Izmir, Turkey at 2,267,450 sq ft / 210,653 m2 is envisioned to be one of the most technologically advanced porcelain stoneware production facilities in the world.
